LEADING beauty company, Totoka Hair & Make Up will increase its services along Fiji’s Coral Coast with a new base at the Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort. This second salon opens in February 2020 and is a timely expansion as Totoka celebrates its fifth anniversary.

Totoka Director, Leanne Goff said that the new salon will be very convenient for brides marrying on the Coral Coast.

“It also benefits the local community, enabling us to employ Sigatoka staff which means they can work locally rather than having to travel to Nadi for work,’ said Leanne.

“We anticipate creating at least six jobs for up-and-coming hair and make-up artists and are excited to work with the Outrigger Hospitality Group to enhance the beauty experience for their guests,” she said.

From its flagship salon in Nadi, the company began with two stylists and now has a 12-member team of professionally trained hair and make-up artists, spray tanners and cosmetologists. They cater for an average of ten weddings per week.

The team also receives training by international experts in hair, make-up and spray tanning. Team members attend annual wedding expos abroad and participate in specialised training to develop their skills.

Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort general manager, Mr. Darren Shaw said that he was delighted to welcome Totoka Hair & Make-Up as an additional specialty resort service.

‘Weddings are an important part of our business so it’s exciting for us to be able to offer an enhanced experience for our bridal parties and guests,’ he said.

This full-service salon is based along Denarau Rd, Nadi with a highly trained team specialising in a range of hair services, makeup designs, styling and spray tanning.

Offering mobile services all over the country, Totoka is highly sought after for bridal makeup services, commercial photography and videography shoots, and other cosmetic needs. Its salon uses and also retails a range of leading international beauty products.
